Our aim is to give everyone a chance to share their journey. We've run workshops to help bring out your inner storyteller (or actor or dancer or sound artist). The focus is on encouraging and exploring different ways of telling stories, through sound, visuals, or even creating a totally new story inspired by your own experiences. All our upcoming opportunities will be included in the Mind Yourself newsletter and listed on the front page of this website. You can always contact us if you want to know more or check out our Frequently Asked Questions.
